You will be directed to a list of our upcoming events for all market sectors. Once on the registration page, simply select the briefings of interest, enter your contact information, and press "Register." You will receive a confirmation email for each briefing you select.
2. On the day of the briefing, access the event lobby by clicking on the web-link provided in your confirmation email. You can arrive up to 15 minutes early. On the event lobby page, select either streaming (Real Player or Windows Media Player) or non-streaming audio, and then press the "Launch Event" button. You will be taken to the event console, where you will be able to hear (if you chose streaming) and view the presentation.
If you choose the non-streaming option, please use the toll-free number that was included in your participation email to access the audio portion. An operator will transfer you to the event, and you will be put on hold until the event starts.
3. After the analyst has completed a 20- to 30-minute presentation, he or she will be available for questions and comments. You may ask a question by typing it into the Q&A box on the event console or, if you are using the non-streaming option, you may press *1 to ask a question over the phone.
4. Once the event is completed, you may download a copy of the presentation by clicking the "Download" button on the event console. Within 24 hours of the event, you may also replay the presentation by clicking on the original web-link provided in your confirmation email.
